Learner Content Use Policy

All course materials available on this platform—including videos, presentations, documents, exercises, notebooks, recordings, images, assessments, and other resources—are provided exclusively to enrolled learners for personal learning purposes during their engagement.

By accessing the platform, learners agree to the following:

  • Course materials may only be accessed and used by the enrolled learner.

  • Learners must not copy, reproduce, record, download, publish, sell, distribute, upload, or share course materials outside the platform unless written permission is provided.

  • Learners must not share their platform account, login credentials, or access links with another person.

  • Course materials must not be posted on social media, websites, shared drives, messaging groups, public repositories, or other learning platforms.

  • Learners may create personal notes and use the knowledge gained from the course, but they must not reproduce or distribute the original materials.

  • Any downloadable resources must remain for the learner’s personal educational use and must not be shared or reused for commercial, training, or public purposes.

Course Pricing and Access Duration

  • Enrolled learners are currently granted 90 days of access to course materials from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise specified.

  • The access duration may vary depending on the course content, structure, learning objectives, and estimated completion time.

  • Magentor reserves the right to modify course prices, access durations, and enrollment conditions at its discretion.

  • Any applicable pricing and access duration will be communicated to learners before enrollment.

  • Changes to pricing or access duration will not affect existing enrollments unless otherwise agreed upon or required by law.

  • Learners are encouraged to complete their courses within the designated access period, as access may automatically expire afterward.

All course materials remain the intellectual property of the platform and its content creators.

Failure to follow this policy may result in the suspension or termination of platform access and, where appropriate, further action to protect the intellectual property rights of the content owner.

By enrolling in or accessing a course, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
